container is fully sealed and will make it easier to remove the lid at the end of your process. This is a very important step, or you may never get the lid off! - Tightly seal the container by locking all 4 latches.
- Put your sealed container in the oven to decarboxylate your product.
- Set Timer for approximately 60-90 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, open the lid, remove the parchment paper.

This open ended silicone sleeve can be added to many handheld tools to provide added comfort and better grip. Simply pull the sleeve over one end of your extractor or press and position in the desired location. The sleeve will stretch to fit over ridges or uneven surfaces providing a cushioned grip. It is made of food grade silicon and it is dishwasher safe.

Wacky Willy’s quality screens provide long lasting eco-friendly solutions for the extraction of essential oils from botanical plant matter or filtering unwanted particles from infused oils, butters or tinctures.
There are no chemicals or dyes in the 100% polyester mesh screens. They are food grade and safe to use for edibles oils or tinctures. They are made from solvent resistant material and can be used with solvent extraction processes for herbal and medicinal plants.
Screen filters all measure 5”X5″ and are perfect for use with various botanical extraction and filtration processes; mason jar, rosin tech press, oil extractors etc. The screens can be cut smaller to fit your precise extraction or filtration method measurements. Each screen features a color coded mark to make identifying the different micron sizes easy. The size indicating mark is located in the corner and will not interfere with filtering. Each square is heat sealed to ensure the pore size is consistent during and after each use. They are heat cut to prevent the edges from fraying.
Tips: Wacky Willy is often asked about the use of coffee filters and cheese cloth; please note that both will absorb the liquid you are trying to extract, reducing the maximum yield from your extraction process. They also have a tendency to tear, releasing plant matter into your concentrate, and will need to be replaced after each use. Stainless Steel Screens can be stiff making them slightly more difficult to work with, and are more expensive. Wacky’s 100% mesh polyester screens are extremely durable simple to wash and reuse.

- Add the plant extraction to the screen, off to one side.

Wacky Screens provide long lasting eco-friendly solutions for the extraction of essential oils from botanical plant matter or filtering unwanted particles from infused oils, butters or tinctures.
There are no chemicals or dyes in the 100% polyester mesh screens. They are food grade and safe to use for edibles oils or tinctures. They are made from solvent resistant material and can be used with solvent extraction processes for herbal and medicinal plants.
Screen filters all measure 5”X5″ and are perfect for use with various extraction and filtration processes; mason jar, rosin tech press, oil extractors etc. The screens can be cut smaller to fit your precise extraction method measurements.
Tips: Wacky Willy is often asked about the use of coffee filters and cheese cloth; please note that both will absorb the liquid you are trying to extract, reducing the maximum yield from your extraction process. They also have a tendency to tear, releasing plant matter into your concentrate, and will need to be replaced after each use. Stainless Steel Screens can be stiff making them slightly more difficult to work with, and are more expensive. Wacky’s 100% mesh polyester screens are extremely durable simple to wash and reuse.

Wacky’s Rosin Cold Plate and Stainless Steel will create a instant chilling effect on your freshly pressed rosin!
After the rosin extraction process, slide the parchment paper with your hot rosin over to the Rosin Cold Plate. It will cool and harden the rosin right away and quickly preserve the terpenes. The cold rosin will easily pop of the parchment, ready to be stored and nothing will be left behind on your parchment. This little tool and cooling process will help you achieve optimum potency and maximum yield.
Wacky’s Tip: Place your stainless steel cold plate in the freezer for 1-2 hours before using. They stay frozen for about an hour with this kind of use. If you have several batches, you may want to have a few of these on hand to rotate in and out of the freezer.
